::FOOD:: Indulged in Global Cuisine at a 5 Stars luxury hotel – The CAFÉ of The Mulia Resort

I was planing to stay at the Mulia hotel this time when I was in Nusa dua area, but I chose the Novotel NusaDua instead due to the traveling budget. However, me and my friend still want to visit the Mulua hotel for this beautiful scenery, so we decided to have a luxury afternoon tea in the café.

The Cafe is one of a spacious dining place which serves cuisines from around the world. There are 8 food stations in total : Western, Chinese, Thai, Korean, Japanese, Indian, Indonesian, and Dessert station at the cafe.

Chinese FOOD Station

You can spot some chow mein, roasted duck and grilled chicken here. As a Taiwanese, live with Chinese food everyday basically, so I skipped this station and leave some space for more food.

You can take some ingredients such as sliced pork, beef or onions from these plates and the chef will grill it for you.

Indian FOOD Station

Please try cheese naan and real india curry!!!

Indonesian FOOD Station

Thai FOOD station

This is one of my favorite station!!! I’m totally a Thai food lover and this reminds me the old days when I was in Chiangmai. I ordered aThai spring roll and a bowl of Tom Yom soup which you can choose the ingredients you want from shrimp, chicken, fish fillet and scallop, the chef will boil you soup up for you later on.
